C.W. Burnett
Owner & Founder of:
All I Do Is Pen Publishing LLC.
C.W. Burnett is an African-American novelist, publisher, and screenwriter from Oakland, California. His bold and unique writing style is a reflection of his keen ability to bring words to life with impeccable precision. This young, up and coming talent has his eyes set on anchoring himself amongst the elite, creative geniuses of our generation.
The anticipation of his 2019 debut novel What’s Wrong with M.E.N. took the urban community by storm. It’s edgy, yet intriguing, title garnered interests from a multitude of supporters. His motivation behind the project was to restore smiles on the faces of black women who’d been wronged by men, like his former self. Along his road to redemption, C.W. penned two profound articles geared to uplifting the very queens he’d shamefully mishandled in the past. Why are Black Women So Angry followed by the heartfelt poem My Ode to You were his initial steps to seeking forgiveness for not living up to being the man that he’d always aspired to be.
After righting his wrongs and moving forward, this bright, ambitious scholar used his growing platform to share his testimony in an attempt to galvanize a generation of black men and women who’ve been distracted by the propaganda of today’s society. His ultimate goal is to leave an everlasting imprint on black culture through love, peace, knowledge, and wisdom.

Reviews for Whats Wrong With M.E.N.
This book made me laugh, reflect on friendships i have with my girls and for once relate to all the characters being that I have girlfriends similar to each one. I truly enjoyed it and look forward to the next one! Sequel?

Great book! It was extremely relatable, painted the pictures perfectly so you can see and feel each character. The drama was real as well as the reality in situations. I truly enjoyed it. (Hence completing it in less than 24hrs)

Hey, I finished your book. Amazing love how you changed the narrative of angry black women scared and hurt by men and never finding a man because we’re looked at as damaged goods. You’ve some how taken the pain and groins of our dating lives and shed light on them. I’m really proud of you friend it was truly a great read. I can’t wait to see what’s next in store for you.
